UCSB might be inconvenient for pre-med, but any UC is a damn good premed school academically, so it ultimately comes down to the place you vibe with the most. UCLA is known to be the school with 1000+ premeds and that’s probably true. Yes, the hospital is adjacent to the campus which is a plus.
