There is a really nice Neutron star system that would work perfectly as a gate system into my empire in my 3.0 start, however when I actually click to go into the system my screen gets weird green flickers across it for ~3-4 seconds until it stabilizes, this flickering occurs again if I zoom in or out in said Neutron system.
