I think the way to fix this is very easy. 1.By update every mods that have been applied to the regulation.bin from v1.03.3 to the new v1.04 - regulation.bin then start the game in offline mode once, the save file will be updated to v1.04 and never corrupt again (at least until the new patch hit) Specific Methods. 1.1.
