The only reason you fake reservations to "hit threshold" to make bonuses for SOMEONE. That's fraud. That's falsifying business records. That's a firing offense pretty much anywhere. A good remedy for heat burns is cold water, changed frequently. Since you work in a hotel, grab an ice bucket, about 6 ice cubes and fill it full enough with water to submerge what's hurt. At my hotel nobody can be given access to a room in someone else's name. Most hotels will have a similar policy and require a credit card and photo ID matching the name on the reservation in order to check in.
