Hi, tank here that geared up exclusively by dungeons an emblems. Started H+ when it came out at 3.8 and at that point i had looted every dungeon drop an emblem item i could. So it was either raiding or H+ to progress. So i did every H+ without gear being the issue. Currently at 4.1 with still some gear that can be picked up.
