The last person I saw melt a boss with the Threads had the DS +10 but I did hear a few people mention they thought the Threads had been nerfed. I haven't gotten them on this playthrough yet but I'll test them with 80 Faith when I do. If they are nerfed then will be interesting. Pest thread cannot be boosted by any seal.
