That's because those don't exist for bedrock. Snapshots are java only. To get the closest thing you need Minecraft preview or beta. But this is only for iOS, android, windows 10, and Xbox. Essentially, the only way to get snapshots and April fool's updates is to get java, which is PC only. Otherwise, you have to settle for minecraft preview/beta.
