I only know of the one consistent armor spawn, but there's a bunch of random spots that can be one. When you start making the rounds you'll notice where they are, and I don't know if it's just my experience but it seems like the two having a conversation across from where you learn relic hunter armor seem to be T4s more often than the other spots.
