Not on a helmet. Armour points only matter how many hits it can absorb. For a helmet protecting you from one hit is already rare. Depends fully on the bullets your enemy is using. The ULACH has ear protection, and higher durability. Probably the color and also the material i think is better.

Tarkov doesn't take the angle of impact into account when determining the chance of a ricochet. It only looks at the helmet and bullets individual ricochet chance to decide. As for ricochets off walls/surfaces, I'm not sure if the material matters or if it's just RNG based on the bullet regardless of the surface (assuming the bullet doesn't pen)Ulachs are not “tanking” many rounds outside of super low tier ammo.
