just make sure that both ur horizontale refresh rate and vertical is proper set using this method ( should be in ur monitors user manual ) well, if you have a Nvidia card, you can set a custom resolution with a higher refresh rate to get it back up to 60Hz, or possibly even further.

It's has the best balance of features and specs. At 34" the best choice is the Dell Alienware AW3423DWF.

Still lots of hardware out there in poorer countries with vga only output for integrated graphics and adding a vga connector on a monitor is cheap.

I will bet vital parts of my anatomy that this monitor has IPS glow and backlight bleed issues just like all other LCD's. Its great it has FALD, its about damn time, that tech has been around for ages, and whilst 384 zones is ok, it could be so much better.
