One of the overall best places to mine Luminite Ore is at the Keldagrim Dwarven Mine. The Mine is in the North of the Keldagrim city and has 19 different Luminite Rocks to pick from. In addition, the Keldagrim Dwarven Mine is quite close to a bank on the west side of the city. However, there are several massive requirements for mining here.
