Line up the cam gear with the xrank pin pointing toward the top of the cylinder. Then pull rhe 14 mm bolt on the top of the stator housing. You should see a timing mark on the stator. If the pump doesn't run for about 3 seconds when you cycle the key on, then you need to find out why. Sometimes it's just a faulty relay or a bad connection.
