Apr 27, 2020 · Either the pump diaphragm (#3 in the second pic) is leaking fuel through the pulse line directly into the intake or the needle valve inside the carb (#25 and 26 in the first pic) is not sealing off causing the cab bowl to overfill. To check the pump, pull the impulse line from the pump to the FRONT of the carb off and see if its wet/has fuel in it.
