Cathedral NPC Overhaul is great for providing a base upgrade of all body-related textures in the game, and sticks very close to the vanilla style, so that might be worth checking out. As far as female NPCs, most definitely are looking to beautify, so you won't really find a lot that don't. I like Bijiin all in one, but to each their own.
