Disable Smilodon's timed block in favor of Deflection. I use the default setting of Deflection except turning off the disarm function (set it to 0). I just use Hellblade as an updated/enhanced version of Unblockable. Since Hellblade doesn't provide damage reduction, you still need Deflection for that.
