Reinstall the normal game so you have a fresh installation. Then you download the mod, and unzip the file. You should see a "game" folder in the mod.If you are going to play it, do NOT go in blind. It's more sad than scary, to be honest. You just have to watch for sudden 'glitches'. DDLC isn't too scary, it made me feel more than it made me scared. It gave me nightmares for days.
