i know that you have a 20 min Cooldown on Scavs, or less if you have the intelligence thing there, but for instance, I played last evening like 12 hours ago, I get back online now and my Scav has a Cooldown. Why is that, I'm not sure if this is a bug or if I missed something here. Would be interesting to know.
Maybe stops people from being a scav main. Scav is not made to be your main character and never was. 25 min is default this patch. It was 20 at beginning of wipe but they changed it. They added 5 minutes to the base cooldown shortly after the most recent wipe. Wurde dieser standardmässig erhöht? Ich dacht eigentlich das die Zeit ohne beeinflussung von Karma oder intelligence center bei 20 Minuten liegt. Ich habe ein Karma von 0.95 und diesen Wipe noch keinen einzigen Schuss (als Scav) auf einen Scav abgegeben.

For the complainers - would you rather have an extra 5 minutes of your scav cooldown, or would you rather have to wait an extra 5 minutes in the scav queue? This has nothing to do with server capacity. Scavs can only JOIN a raid, not start one. And way too many people are playing scav, so an adjustment was needed to prevent long queue times.My scav timer is supposed to be 3 minutes, yet it's 6. Why? Literally the only reason I even bothered getting to level 30 was to get Mechanic to level 3 so I could get Intel 3 and have a three minute timer. My timer went from 7 minutes down to 6. 50 percent cool down reduction for max rep is 10 minutes, my Intel 3 cool down reduction is at 37 ...Once you have exhausted this option, you can run Scav runs on cooldown, and successfully extracting as a Scav already increases your Fence reputation. It may sound easier, but you are only gaining 0.01 for each extraction so it will be a long grind. Most of the time scavs kill me I don't have shit because I just spawned in 2-3 mins ago but I regularly leave raids with 400-500k+ off a 10-12 minute timer. Traitor SCAV is 100% win rate. Friendly scav is 100% loss rate. Not to put too fine a point on this but you REEK of being a brand new player. That is just not how scav karma works. Being a traitor scav too often increases the cooldown of your scav and the opposite is also true, high scav karma super short cooldown.
