This is correct. People really need to realize that Swappa offers zero protection to the seller. Neither does PayPal. They will side with the buyer and you get screwed. Swappa does absolutely nothing with a dispute other than punt it to PayPal to fix. I sold a perfectly good galaxy s7 on Swappa. Probably my 3rd or 4th sale.No issues for me either.
