S22 visual voicemail not working.

I'm beyond tired of my visual voicemail not working. I have an S9 and was going up upgrade to an s22 but now I do not see the point. I rely on getting the voicemail transcripts and the third party services are clunky to use and involve all that voicemail forwarding.
