You can get them offline from expert missions which drop demon realm crystals, combine that with a super mix capsule at the mixing shop and make a super mix capsule Z. but demon realm crystals are quite rare and it's faster to tour PQ 83 online and get zcaps directly. #2.

A Super Mix Capsule Z can be gotten from Parallel Quest Tours as a random drop if the toured PQs are high enough level. Alternatively, you can mix a regular Super Mix Capsule and a Demon Realm Crystal to make Super Mix Capsule Z. You can get Demon Realm Crystals from any Expert Mission, but the later ones have a higher drop rate.

Collect up Demon Realm Crystals! These can be found in any Expert Mission aside from "Expert Missions - Tutorial 1" and Expert Missions - Tutorial 2." My recommendation is "In the Realm of the Gods: Goku" since it gives you a good chunk of TP Medals in addition to its normal rewards. Collect Super Mix Capsules!
