If you want better content, go for uworld, if you want something similar to nclex, go for archer, tried both, any of those two will help you pass. Archer has the exact same question format as the exam does. UWorld has better rationales than archer. I like it when I have a similar vibe as my nclex.

Archer provides its' questions the same way NCLEX does and honestly, it helped me critically think than UWorld did. It may work for you, but most people I've seen said they used Archer and passed. UWorld gives a lot of information in their questions, which make it "clear" as to what they are asking.
