2015 Polaris ranger 900 XP. Only 90 miles Turns over great and has no codes or check engine light but won't start. Pull injectors and cleaned and cleaned full fuel system. If I put a bit of gas in the injector wholes and put it all back together it will start and run on its own. It didn't look like it had been used. It cranks over fine, has compression, has spark. I pulled off the fuel line to carb and turned it over and plenty of fuel supply.

Line up the cam gear with the xrank pin pointing toward the top of the cylinder. Then pull rhe 14 mm bolt on the top of the stator housing. You should see a timing mark on the stator. Took the relay off my daughter's little quad an put it on my son's same situation the little relay clicks only any suggestions what may be wrong or where to start. Cross out the relay terminals with a screw driver and see if the starter runs. If it does, you need a relay. Put a little fuel starter in inlet to carb (remove air cleaner, spray a few seconds, place filter back on then try starting). Even if the engine is shot, it should start, it'll either sound ok or will make loud banging sounds. Best of luck, I give it 50/50 odds, could be ok. Don't give up yet.

It should pressurize the fuel system on the first turn of the key to on. From there it should hold pressure and the pump should run while cranking to keep pressure to the system. If turned off and back on soon after the pump will not run if the pressure is still there.
