It is running fine except on cold starts it starts out running at 1500 rpm's and then jumps to 1700 , and then back down again to 1500. Sometimes it does this 3 times if I don't put it in gear. Then it will start dropping rpms. Before the problem, the cold start was at 1400 -1500 rpm and then would drop down.
