I was near north fence passage extract on shoreline and shot a red flare as a scav, nothing showed up for about 5 minutes so I left. Never happened before. There is a 20 minute cool down between air drops. So if there has been an airdrop in your raid the one you called in won’t come until 20 minutes after the last one. Ooooooh, ok.

You could just insurance fraud it after launching a cartridge in order to get it back later.
