My experiences with StubHub have NOT been good. I would DEFINITELY call their customer service (not relying on the website). In 2018 StubHub had a booth on site at the festival and when someone in our group had a scam wristband purchased through StubHub they replaced it in 10 minutes with a valid one. If you’re going to buy resale, StubHub is the only secure way to do it. Yes, it’s possible.
