I was thinking for the time being, to route the gas at the end of fuel rail through a mini aluminum radiator block then back into fuel line before fuel rail.

Butch, I fought the same issue on my 2011 800 XP as have so many on the forum. My only solution, after months and many trips to the dealer was to bite the bullet and pay for a new wiring harness plus installation.
