No way they can think of 15 upgrades for a vacuum. Blooncin says trans rights! Cobra might not return simply because it will be hard designing a 3rd path for it and 5th tiers. The 3rd tiers on the cobra in btd5 allowed powers to refresh quicker, but since theres only 2 powers that wont be possible for the 3rd path.
