Re: Mudhead 208r common problems. Heard about the drive belt before. The problem is the miss alignment between the primary and secondary clutch. Both plate on the engine side don't align perfectly and prematurely damage the belt. Take a straight piece of metal and touch both of them and align them perfectly. That should fix the drive belt problem.
