Within 2 weeks I started getting false full errors, and then today it has failed due to the pinch detect fault. Turn it off. Unplug from the base (not the wall) Take the bonnet and globe off. Vacuum out any litter on the top of the base. Press the Pinch Detect bar on the left side of the waste port in about 10x to dislodge any debris on the pinch sensors. Reassemble, plug in and turn back on. Let me know if that works!
