Also, there's a mod called skill recovery journal that works kinda like that, I recommend it if you want an easy way to get your skills back. It was a few tvs and skill books aced together so you'd get a bunch of xp in a really short time. Ah, so to recreate you just need the skill vhs tapes and the skill books, it's not rocket science.
