If you ult yasuo, you can just kill him with basics + Es + ignite. But most of the time you don't ult yasuo when he has windwall up and minions to dash. It is just a really bad matchup. You gonna have to start E, get in her face force the Q, dodge it, and then auto her down or away from minions. Once she hits level 2 or 3 she stil needs to land a skill to proc, early it's not possible with the high cooldowns. Buff items, he instantly becomes way stronger, so buffing him makes it op (like the tank yasuo meta).
