The 20 minute scav cooldown in conjunction with the pmc 'heal cooldown' is terrible. If people can avoid using meds on their main character they will, and thus many people will just wait for their main character to heal. So if you've died with your scav and then died with your main char in quick succession, you have to sit there with nothing to do.
