The adjustments are great. The back tension dial is excellent. I change constantly between locked back and a variety of tensions. Height cylinder is very responsive. The seat base also moves forward and backwards. The lumbar piece is comfortable, though it has a tendency to slip down to the lowest position. I don't think about it or adust it much.
